Fire Permits:

Fires in the open in the Victor Harbor District are restricted for the duration of the Fire Danger Season (1 December to 30 April) under the Mount Lofty Ranges fire ban district, established pursuant to the Country Fire Act 1989 (South Australia).

A Permit is required for any exemption from the above fire restriction. Authorised Permit Officers for the Victor Harbor district are those five CFS Officers listed above.
